Spread over 2 buildings and 4 floors, their offices in Mayfair, Brown Rudnick have internal IT resource, however with decisions and strategy being defined by the Head Office in Boston.
With heavy reliance on a fleet of printers situated throughout the building the incumbent IT support specialist needed a partner to ensure that the fleet was maintained and working at all time.

360ict’s Managed Printer Fleet service was contracted to manage and repair all of the printers on-site providing all parts and labour to include all consumables.
