Pricing

Our current pricing ranges from as little as £15.00 up to £28.00 per desk for all inclusive remote IT support dependent upon the number of users and the complexity of the infrastructure.  

99% of issues are resolved remotely either via proactive auto fixes completed by our automated agent or our helpdesk technicians with full multi-skilled escalations. 

On site visits if not included are charged at £120.00, alternatively these can be included within the monthly per desk fee for an additional  £10.00 per month per desk.  

Our Managed AV service is just £5.00 per desk per month.   Printers callouts are charged at £120.00 per callout / printer.
