The Clients premises are a listed building over 5 floors with ornate décor. We were asked to provide a solution to give Wi-Fi access and availability throughout the building in all offices and Conference Rooms of the 5 floors.
We carried out extensive tests and identified where each wireless access point would need to be, in order to eliminate any “black spots”
Using existing cabling which ran through the Risers a Cisco Wi-Fi Solution was put in place utilising Cisco Meraki Cloud Managed Access Points and Switches.
Full Wi-Fi Access throughout a listed and protected building without any need for unsightly trunking or cabling. No expensive regulatory planning authority required. Complete security guaranteed.

Franklin Mint produce "collectibles" predominantly marketed in the UK via the Sunday Broadsheets and magazines.
Based in South London, their lease was coming up to expiry due to a planned development on their site at Catford and they needed to relocate.
project team drafted the technical specification for the physical environment at their new premises in Londons Docklands to include equipment room and desk plan layout.
We liased with M &E contractors and also installed the structured cabling system. Our relocations team was mobilised and physically relocated the complete IT infrastructure after full planning, back up and decommissioning.
Server transportation was via our fleet of unmarked estate cars fitted with security glazing. Mounted within these vehicles is a 19” server case that can accommodate up to 12U of equipment. Our vehicles are driven by IT engineers who understand the tolerances and sensitivity of delicate electronics.
Each user's desktop configuration was boxed, packed and marked individually so that it could be reinstalled swiftly at the new desk position.
The Franklin Mint continued to to operate throughout the move weekend with revenue unaffected. All back office systems were live on the Monday morning with on site engineering contingency to assist users with new login and ensure all printers were available.

Landau Zeffertt & Weir (LZW) were merging with another law firm, and required a seamless as possible transition from their own premises into the premises of the acquiring company with complete business continuity.
As the IT and Telecoms Support Partner of LZW for the previous 7 years 360ict were contracted to oversee the entire relocation of the infrastructure into those of the acquiring organisation.
A Senior Project Manager was assigned to attend initial meetings, plan time scales, carry out risk analysis and draw up plans. Working with the Senior Management Team at both LZW and Anthony Gold to ensure full understanding of all the project challenges and build a deliverable project plan.
The 360ict Project Relocation Team successfully delivered the relocation plan and worked alongside Anthony Gold’s support team to merge and migrate all their systems, data and communications into the new infrastructure. 360ict engineers were further contracted to Anthony Gold to provide on-going consultancy and advice for their own systems post sale and relocation.

Allied are a Property Development company with offices in London, Manchester and Leeds. The London office were relocating from Cavendish Square to Cork Street in February 2011. They required their Avaya Telephone system to be decommissioned and relocated to their new premises
Subsequently in July 2014 they again relocated from Cork Street to Marble Arch and required further relocation services.
In the first instance 360ict provided standard relocation management organising for the Avaya Telephone Switch to be decommissioned from the rack and packed up and moved with all user handsets. The system was then installed and configured at the new premises.
When Allied again needed to move, the opportunity to provide them with a SIP solution was recommended by 360ict in order to give large cost savings between their offices in London, Manchester and Leeds.
The relocation of the Avaya Telephone System from Cork Street was successfully planned and executed with the supply of VCM for remote users and provisioning of Lease Line and SIP Trunks. All was configured to achieve large costs savings for Allied between its 3 offices.
Premises relocation and technology transfer to SIP was seamless.

Saud and Co are a small insolvency practice initially with offices in Marylebone High St. Over the past 25 years they have not only set up satellite office but also have relocated some 3 occasions.
Internal resource has been at full utilisation with regulatory compliance placing ever increasing workload on staff, therefore no spare capacity for the project management and execution of these major projects.
360ict being the Company providing the telco and data support to Saud and Co for the whole of this period, we extended cover to include these relocation projects including spacial design, fit out, build and physical relocation and refresh of the systems.

PAS Accountants were moving out of premises at London Bridge and relocating to offices in Middlesex.
Survey of both sites by one of the 360ict Project Management Teams provided a Project Plan and quotation to decommission and recommission the company’s network at the new premises.
Liaison with the technical team at the new premises ensured that Broadband and voice lines were in place in time for the move.
The 360ict Project Relocation Team relocated PAS into their new serviced offices. All systems were fully decommissioned, re-installed and fully tested at the new premises.

The business was initially based in Vauxhall, then relocated to Trafalgar Sq, finally landing in Bournemouth where the founding shareholder was based.
