360ict’s Managed Printer Fleet service was contracted to manage and repair all of the printers throughout all of the customers sites including Central London, West End, Romford, St. Albans, Hayes and Redhill in Surrey.
The service included for guaranteed response and fix times across all sites and a stock of parts and spare equipment was provided to ensure that these were met.
A fully managed service provided requiring little or no input by the customer thus ensuring they could concentrate on their business whilst the reports flowed on demand.
The managed service produced regular reports ( or on demand ) showing printer up time at 99.4% with strong positive effect on Client care and efficient billing.

Mashreq Bank psc are the oldest privately owned bank in the United Arab Emirates with a branch in the City of London.
Directives come from Dubai, but the branch needed to select a support company to maintain its IT and Printer Hardware whilst recognising and working within the culture within which the bank and its personnel operate.
After a careful selection process 360ict were awarded the contract. The contract goes out to tender annually each year and has been maintained since 2007 supported by strong management understanding by 360ict of its Client.
Mashreq Bank are required each year to tender the support arrangements it has but have chosen to award the contract continually each year to 360ict due to their competitiveness and superiority of the service provided allowing easy continuance and confidence in the support and in budgetary requirements.

Warner Chappell, the Global Music Publishing Company required expert support for its HP Printers for both of its offices in Kensington and Hammersmith.

Petersham Nurseries is a privately owned, internationally acclaimed restaurant and garden centre. Within the Nurseries there are tea rooms and the restaurant, which a highly acclaimed Head Chef produces fine dining using produce from the Nursery. The menu’s needed to be updated and printed daily. These menu’s needed to be in keeping with the style of the Nurseries in quality and refinement in terms of print quality.
As the incumbent IT support provider 360ict were asked to consider and make recommendations as to a Printing Solution, which would allow the staff to produce high quality looking menu’s but as cost effectively as possible.
